Employees should be very aware when posting online about firms information and what information should be posted and what should be kept privileged.The internet can always broken into and privileges information should be kept very safe.Also employees should be aware what they post on the internet since when its once thereat is really never again really gone and can come bite the firm in the future.Political opinions should be kept off the internet for this reason exactly and firms should not take part in this because it can cause controversy.

The benefits of transparency is that firms can really get as well free publicity through this and people see the good what they actually do and what are the value they Stand for and interaction with customers is always really important.

It is beneficial for employees to share information about themeself's online because it raises firms transparency, but it is important be careful with what information should be shared and what should not.

Digital Identity

Information about myself

When googling my name I found my Twitter and LinkedIn Account, which were made for school/Business purpose.The information there was correct and right.I do have control over what I post and comment on social media and other platforms.The information can be deleted from the front pages, but enviously they can be found somewhere else in the internet, since when you once post something it never leaves the internet.

Digital identity can be formed very easily, your internet self can be a whole different person from your real self.For example famous peopled politician have a whole team of workers working on their social media and every post and picture is very deeply thought and the meaning behind them.

Usually there is always some kind of information in social media about CEO´s and communication professional, it not posted by themselves someone else had definately posted about it or some story and factors about them.There can be found information about almost anyone now days since the internet is so spread and there are many gossip pages and newspapers.

Part C

General data Protection Regulations article 13 the key points in this article is the fact that when personal data is collected the collector should always provide the subject with information including identity and contact details of the legal author and data protection officer.The purpose of the use and the legal aspect, categories of the data.

This article relates to social media in a way that it protects authors right, when quoting them or using their work they must be marked clearly and set clearly how the can be found and get their credit for their work which they deserve.
